Fresh Paint & New Canvas

Oh, I love starting a new art project. Fresh paint and a new canvas. It feels like starting over each time I start painting a new picture. It can be an abstract, a landscape, or doodling on a new canvas. Most of my paintings are layers on top of many layers. Never knowing how the painting will turn out. I often use leftover paint to cover parts of the old paint on the canvas and start a new adventure. I like leaving some of the old paint behind, creating a unique painting. I call this my signature style. I am self-taught, so I discover something new each time about myself and keep adding to my skills. There is no wrong way to paint. I took some Zoom classes online with a guy named Nicholas Wilton of Art2life. These classes put me on a different journey!
